Renewalytics Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Renewalytics", "we", "our") collects information necessary to deliver enterprise renewable energy software services, including contact information (name, work email, phone, company name) and authorized plant telemetry data provided by client organizations.
We do not sell personal or proprietary operational data to third-party advertisers.
2. Data Security & Storage
All telemetry, meteorological readings, and user authentication credentials are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest within secure data centers located in India.
