Work Hours & Availability

Flexible hours with encouraged availability during core business hours for collaboration.

  • Core Hours: Remote teams have flexible hours but should be available 10 AM 6 PM IST for collaboration.
  • Reachability: Team members must stay reachable on official channels unless on approved leave.

Team Collaboration & Communication

Regular syncs and documentation ensure alignment and transparency.

Travel & Reimbursements
